Why develop a daily routine?

A daily routine helps bring more balance, focus, and energy into your life. It gives you a sense of stability, provides structure, and helps you consciously make time for what truly matters. A good routine can support you in:

  1. Creating more calm and clarity in your mind.
  2. Living a healthier life, both mentally and physically.
  3. Turning your dreams into reality, step by step.
  4. Staying more connected to yourself, so you can make conscious choices that truly align with who you are.

Developing a routine takes time and requires a process of discovery and implementation. This is where coaching comes in

Why work with me?

I am an experienced guide (or: lived guide) in creating daily routines. Thanks to my own routines, I have:

  • Being able to reduce my medication and learning how practices like yoga and meditation are my 'medicine'
  • Making my dreams a reality, such as teaching and sharing my passion.
  • Elevated my physical and mental health to a higher level.
  • Learned to check in with my heart daily, so I stay true to what feels right and make the right choices. My routines are now as normal as brushing my teeth, but it didn't happen overnight. It took time, patience, and a phase of discovery.

That’s exactly the guidance I offer you, so you can discover and integrate your own unique rituals.

What can you expect?

A 6-week coaching session where we’ll work together to discover what works for you. This program includes:

  • 6 weeks of weekly coaching sessions, either online or at my home.

The first session lasts about 60 minutes. After that, 30/45 minutes.

  • Personal guidance in discovering and implementing routines that suit you. From Monday to Friday, I am available for all your questions and check in with you online to see how things are going. Access to customized tools, such as:
    - Meditations
    - Yoga exercises
    - Breathwork
    - Journal exercises

Step by step, I’ll help you integrate your routines so that, after the coaching, they become a lasting part of your life.
