Oxygen is the energy that fuels our lifeAnd yet, 80% of people in the Netherlands breathe incorrectly. Poor breathing habits can lead to an oxygen deficiency, negatively affecting your energy levels, physical health, and mental balance.
We breathe an average of 15,840 times per day, and 70% of waste removal happens through breathing. If you don't breathe properly, waste remains in the body, which can lead to physical blockages and issues such as:
- Reduced energy

- Serious illnesses

Breathing: the gateway to your inner world
Our breathing happens automatically, controlled by our primal brain. But you can also breathe consciously, and this offers a unique opportunity. Conscious breathing helps you break automatic patterns and creates space for calm, clarity, and valuable insights. This is why breathing exercises are often at the core of meditation
Conscious breathing connects you with your subconscious. and can lead to deep relaxation and healing. During a breathwork session, you can even release traumas that are stored in your body.
Psoas Activation
This technique is also known as Body Remember Trauma Therapy (BRTT). The word "trauma" might sound heavy, but we all experience traumatic events. These can be major life events, like loss, but also small daily stressors. When we suppress our natural responses—fight, flight, or freeze—the tension remains stored in our body, often in the psoas muscle, also known as the "muscle of the soul."
During a session, we activate this tension so that the body can release it naturally. This process helps to process stuck emotions and traumas, whether they are related to big events or everyday stress. The result? Greater inner peace and a lighter feeling."
What does a session look like?
A session, lasting an average of 3 hours, consists of two parts: the psoas activation and the breathwork.
- Psoas Activation and Releasing Tension
Through specific techniques, we activate the Psoas muscleAs a result, this muscle almost automatically begins to shake and tremble, releasing old tension. This can trigger both physical and mental reactions. Various sensations may be experienced, and emotions may arise. This is often described as a liberating and relieving feeling. The psoas muscle It is a muscle that connects the upper and lower body. It is highlighted in green in the picture. This muscle responds in situations of stress. Incomplete movements may therefore be stored in this muscle.
- Breathwork
- Phase 1: Hacking the nervous system. We extend the exhale to calm your nervous system. This helps your body relax, eliminate toxins, and. connect with your subconscious.
- Phase 2: Connected breathing. Here, we connect the inhale and exhale without pauses. This gives you a huge boost of life energy. Traumas and blockages that are still present can be released on a deep level. This may trigger physical, emotional, or mental reactions, but it always brings liberation.

During the session, you work completely in sync with your own body. The body is intelligent and knows exactly what is needed. Each session is unique and tailored to what you need at that moment. Afterward, you often feel lighter, more energetic, and clearer.

Preparation for the session
To get the most out of your session, proper preparation is important. Here are some guidelines:
- Food and drink
- Eat a light meal at least 4 hours before the session and do not eat anything after that.
- Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated
- Alcohol en drugs
- Avoid using drugs for approximately 1 week before the session..
- Do not drink alcohol for No alcohol 48 hours before the session..
